  • The overall purpose of the meeting was to go over the new R&D Guild list of proposed projects on the pipeline and to discuss the beter approach for development. Members present talked about their calendar and schedule availability to organize tasks and the coordinated effort of the task force

  • Purpose: The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Video Suggestion Sheet, focusing on whether we need to form partnerships for creating video content.

  • Lord Kizzy, as the task manager, gave weekly task updates.

Narrative:

Kenichi suggested the tool Wudpecker (https://www.wudpecker.io/) to record our meetings for more accuracy.

Dework updates: Slate gave an update on the Cogito article "Enhancing Security: The Role of Machine Learning in Risk Mitigation".

Cj Frankie gave an update on his task on Dework; he’ll have a submission by Saturday (10th Feb) evening.

There were corrections to be made to a few articles written by members of the workgroup.

LadyTempestt raised questions about the points system task on Dework. Kenichi explained that the points system is used to track the efforts and contribution to the workgroup, not the time contributed to completing tasks.

Kenichi made awareness regarding the Substack newsletter as a recurring task. The substack newsletter is an article/blogpost containing all the guilds' and workgroups' meetings summary for the week. There was discussion on ways to assign Scribblers to the Substack newsletter task.

Onboarding new members: Precious was given introduction into the workgroup, and the test was also shared. Good luck, Precious!
