# Townhall Summary Edit

To edit the weekly Townhall summary, please go over the following steps:

* Download the recording from the link in the Dework task.
* Use the following[ post](https://youtube.com/shorts/vrMMwqA82rY?si=wJn9HS4YRlkkvyyh) as a guideline.
* Edit the video to the required format, and remove any redundant parts. Here is an[ example](https://youtube.com/shorts/vrMMwqA82rY?si=R1W9cFLOudU_Vkb3) to show the required format.
* Use vertical format 9:16 aspect ratio (Tiktok format)
* Use the following[ template](https://www.canva.com/design/DAF3KVdJ66A/YuX9wp4SnQsqhWBeYGVWmQ/edit?utm_content=DAF3KVdJ66A\&utm_campaign=designshare\&utm_medium=link2\&utm_source=sharebutton) for the video. (copy the project before making any edits)
* Use any soundtrack in the short that you want but make sure that the background sound is not very loud.
* Add subtitles to the video, make sure they are not too low.
