# Our WorkGroups

### **African Guild** 🌍
**What it does:** This group is dedicated to expanding the SingularityNet footprint in Africa. \

### **AI Ethics WorkGroup 🧾**
**What it does:** The AI Ethics Workgroup is working alongside [BGI Nexus](https://bgicollective.singularitynet.io/), an initiative from the SingularityNET Foundation, to research ordinary people’s views about the ethics that should govern the use of AI. \

### **AI Sandbox/Think Tank 🧪**
**What it does:** A practical and dynamic environment where people can openly and safely showcase, experiment with, and refine their AI tool sets. \

### **Archives WorkGroup** 📑
**What it does:** Keeps an archival record of Ambassador Program meetings, and explores using LLMs (large language models) and knowledge graphs to analyse records and make them discoverable.\
**Skills you can use or learn here:** Recordkeeping; archival theory and practice; how to manage a project on GitHub; AI tool development; open-source community ethos; engaging the community with its own history.\

### Gamers Guild 🎮
**What it does: E**ducates and onboards community members through gamification. Currently working on developing a VR (Virtual Reality) of the Ambassador Program on Roblox, conducting gaming sessions for community members, and covering gamified projects launched by SNET through educational workshops.\

### **GitHub PBL WorkGroup** ✨
**Github PBL Workgroup is no longer active, having completed its core work**
**What it did:** Created project-based learning material about GitHub on the [Andamio platform](https://www.andamio.io/), in collaboration with [Gimbalabs](https://www.gimbalabs.com/gimbalgrid) and [Catalyst Swarm](https://catalyst-swarm.github.io/). \

### **Governance WorkGroup** 💡
**What it does:** Discusses governance issues for the Ambassador program, such as how we make decisions particularly about fund distribution; how we reward and track contribution; how we decentralise; and how we ensure inclusion.\
