Quality control involves the following:

  • Assignees must go through the

  • The task manager sends out submissions to the quality control team for review and feedback through the (review must be done within 48 hrs and for high priority videos, within 24 hrs)

  • Review the submissions based on these guidelines:,, ,

  • Active communication with the task manager and editors

  • Update the status of submission on the tracker sheet

  • Review of monthly recurrent tasks to ensure KPIs are met before they are audited for payments
