Social media management involves the following:

  • Posting videos and clips on all social media platforms once they are audited: Youtube, X, Instagram, TikTok. High priority should be posted within 24 hrs upon submission to the sheet.

  • Posting days are determined as follows: (schedule link)

  • Ensure you follow the Content calendar with an average of 3 long videos and 3 shorts per week (including the Town hall Videos).

  • Updating the with the status of the posted videos and the links to the posts.

  • Updating the with the Monthly and Quarterly analytics from our socials and the monthly membership roles.

  • Answering comments, and engaging with our community on our social media platforms.

  • Present a weekly brief in the workgroup’s meeting whenever it’s possible.

  • Make a screenshot of our social media number at the end of the month.

  • Keep a record of your activities as subtasks on Dework.
